
You should handle them with care but IMO CDs aren't really THAT fragile.

I've also used this stuff to clean faders, by the way. if there are boogers or the like stuck to the disk. sometimes one drop of a very mild detergent like 7th generation brand "free and clear" dish soap is necessary. I also use a wet cleaning method from time to time and have never had a problem. Luckily I've only done that with about 10 discs over the last decade or so. Ouch that's bad news, thanks for the tip Bill.
